The improvement of top page!

  

Today we have changed some program of top page.


Our top page was rather slow and I think many Stampedia users don't like it just because it is slow!!!



The reason of slow speed is caused of the speed of blog display program.So we decided to display at top page non-blog area first and after a while blog area appears.Please see the attached two web shots.



This change will help both of user who want to use catalog of certain country and one who want to see blogs.

Bug fixes of stamp image display (UK, Germany and Eire)

 I appreciate all of you to use Stampedia .




In the project LONDON released at the end of May, we failed to coax stamp image files and text databases. Some still can not be seen , however it goes better these days.

Do you know every stamp page of Stampedia have a contribution page and you can upload the image of your items of the stamp?




As I am collecting stamps of old German states , I contribute some images of my collection of Bergedorf.

Bergedorf is one of "dead countries" and is a part of Germany now as you know.I especially like the cover because used and covers are much rare than mint/unused stamps in collecting Bergedorf stamps.That is because you can use Bergedorf stamp in very short times (1861 - 1867)
